Going Green and the Modern Bayong
In a country in Asia, the Philippines, earlier people have their own use and version of a basket. Generally this is what they call a bayong. This is often used by people who go to the market or the farm to get fresh fruits and vegetables. It is a term used for a woven basket made out of buri, bamboo or rattan.
