Pricing & Taxes
1. Prices Displayed: All prices are shown in US dollars.
2. Taxes: We must charge sales tax for orders going to the state of California, Illinois, Florida and New York. (This is due to the location of our headquarters and various distribution locations).
3. Pricing: Prices shown with images do not include our shipping and service fees unless stated.
4. Pricing for Holidays: Some items increase in price around major holidays. Prices normally only increase from Feb 2nd until a few days after Valentine's Day.
5. NO MINIMUM ON ORDERS – We do not have a minimum amount for orders.
Payment and Order Security
Our site supports secure on-line purchasing through PayPal. PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment processors on the Internet. You can choose to purchase via your PayPal account or with a credit card. It’s just that simple and easy.
PayPal uses secure socket layer (SSL) technology. The information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection.
Shipping and Delivery
We offer US Nationwide delivery Monday-Saturday for orders received before 12 noon in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays). Orders received after 12 noon in the recipient's time zone may be processed the next day. We do not deliver on Sundays and Holidays. Deliveries requested on Sundays and holidays will usually be delivered the following business day instead. Normal delivery hours are 9am-6pm. We are unable to deliver flowers to a P.O. Box or a military (APO/FPO) address.
Please note that our items are shipped from several different distribution locations and depending on your order, you may receive multiple packages from different locations and separate charges may apply.

Fresh Flowers, Bouquets, and Kits - FedEx Next Day 
Floral Supplies – UPS Ground 1-6 Days 
Silk Flowers – FedEx Ground 1-6 Days 
After you place your order, we will send you an email confirming that your order was processed. If you have a question about your order or need to make a change to it, please email us at service@russwholesaleflowers.com. (Please makes sure to check your junk mail, just in case; you do not receive this in your inbox). We are not able to provide order delivery confirmations or estimated delivery times.
It is your responsibility to review all of the information shown in their email receipt, and to contact us if any changes need to be made, or if an order needs to be cancelled. We are not responsible for deliveries that could not be made due to inaccurate information given by the sender. Also, if a customer places an order but provides information that prevents delivery such as a bad work or home address, we may only be be able to give a partial refund or in some cases no refund at all.
RussWholesaleFlowers.com is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. RussWholesaleFlowers.com will not issue refunds in this case. We will also not issue refunds where delivery was accepted at the delivery location, but the recipient for some reason did not get the flowers. An example of this would be a delivery to the recipient's job while they are out of town for the week.
RussWholesaleFlowers.com is not liable for customer errors during the order process that result in items being delivered that the customer did not originally want to order. During our shopping cart checkout process, the customer is shown a complete summary of their order before it is submitted, and they are given the option to remove items or change the quantity ordered. No refunds will be given in these cases.
RussWholesaleFlowers.com reserves the right to reject any order that we deem as possibly fraudulent. All transactions are in U.S. currency.
Russ Wholesale Flowers is not responsible for:
1. Flowers and Hard goods products and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
2. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.
3. Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
4. Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
Substitutions
Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Because of this, it is possible that the exact arrangement pictured on our website or requested by the customer may not be available for delivery. In these cases, we will contact you and offer to deliver similar flowers of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color.
Cancelling an Order
Our orders are processed immediately. We are unable to cancel orders for shipped products that have already shipped out. To cancel an order that has not been processed please call 877-923-2769.
Russ Wholesale Flowers strives for 100% customer satisfaction on every order and we hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you would like to return items for any other reason, you may return it for a full product refund of the purchase price as long as the following requirements are met:
Upon receipt please examine all packages to verify that you have received all items in good condition. If there should be any problems or missing items please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
- All Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
- Product must be returned in original condition with tags on merchandise
- A copy of your receipt or the following information is included with the merchandise: Name, Address, Daytime Phone Number, Invoice Number/Order Number, and Reason for Return. No authorization number is required from us to return items.
All refunds will be issued through PayPal. Please allow 2-3 days from the day we receive the product for the refund to be issued. If an exchange is needed, we recommend for fastest service, first place a new order online and then make your return of unwanted items.
Gift Card Messages
Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to provide gift card messages with flowers.
Promotions
Special offers, coupons, or discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Limit one promotion per order.
Guarantee and Disclaimers
RUSS WHOLESALE FLOWERS GUARANTEES THAT (A) ITS FLOWERS AND HARD GOODS ITEMS ORDERED ON THE WWW.RUSSONFLOWERS.COM AND WWW.RUSSWHOLESALEFLOWERS.COM SITE WILL BE FRESH FOR AT LEAST FIVE (5) DAYS AFTER DELIVERY; AND (B) YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCT. WITH RESPECT TO EITHER OF OUR GUARANTEES, OUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE MAXIMUM LIABILITY AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WILL NOT BE MORE THAN TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OR TO REPLACE AND DELIVER EQUIVALENT PRODUCT ITEMS, AS APPROPRIATE, AS SOON AS REASONABLY POSSIBLE. THE APPLICABLE GUARANTEE MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER DELIVERY OR WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE AND YOU WILL HAVE WAIVED ANY AND ALL RELATED CLAIMS REGARDING SUCH PRODUCT ITEMS.
